

Before working with Tony, I had managed 3 projects. Looking back on how I worked, I don’t know how I managed to stay sane let alone get a project completed.
Working with you has changed everything. My personal approach was to deal with everything as it comes in real time. Now I understand the importance of preplanning, scheduling and costing. Just these three points have taught me how to manage remotely, the importance of preparation prior to starting and how it makes the whole renovation process run smoother and to a set time schedule.
Now I know how to actually manage a project, you delivered exactly what I needed. You taught me the correct systems and contracts to use with contractors and suppliers. I didn’t know how much I needed you until I had you.
