Project 120 MS

A refurbishment of a 2-bedroom terrace into a comfortable modern family home. We Project Managed this project on behalf of a client. Budget was the key project driver as this was a Buy-to-Let investment. We managed to deliver the project under budget for the client despite uncovering some issues during the strip out.

Project 89ER

A refurbishment of a 2-bedroom terrace into a comfortable modern family home. We Project Managed this project on behalf of a client. Budget was the key project driver as this was a Buy-to-Let investment. We managed to deliver the project under budget for the client despite material and labour shortages caused by the impact of COVID-19.

Project PR

A commercial conversion project which will comprise 3 x commercial units with 9 x apartments above and the potential for 2 x more in the attic space. We got involved in this project when the previous contractor had repudiated the main building contract. With the client days away from being taken to arbitration by the contractor, we stepped in and settled the final account with the contractor resulting in a £62,000 saving for the client, which included the rebuttal of a 12-week Extension of Time claim. We have re-tendered the project and are about to start back onsite, acting as the client’s Quantity Surveyor.
